We invest

As a group of companies, we are looking to the future.

At the same time, we know where we come from and with what values we are investing in future generations.

Our history

For more than 75 years we have been investing in the Haiger region and beyond in the future of generations.

We do this by providing stable jobs and steady growth.

Sebastian Loh

Since 2009, Sebastian Loh has been managing the group of companies as the third generation owner. He lives with his family in Haiger - where it all began more than 75 years ago.

Joachim Loh

In 1971, the namesake of our group of companies, Joachim Loh, took over the business from his father. He expanded the group by several companies, so that he could also invest in the future of generations in Kassel, Arnsberg and many international locations.

Rudolf Loh

In 1947, Rudolf Loh founded “Rudolf Loh G.m.b.H. metal goods factory”. This formed the cornerstone of today's group of companies.

Our values

We are financially independent. This is how we secure our entrepreneurial strength.

Through future-oriented management, we offer security - both for our customers and suppliers, as well as for our employees.

Family business

The JOACHIM LOH COMPANY GROUP has been family-owned since it was founded.

Owner management

Flat hierarchies promote fast communication and direct management. In this way, decisions can be made quickly and directly.

Our decisions are made on the basis of Christian values. We consciously bear responsibility before God and man.

We develop managers from our own workforce.

Youth promotion

The youth is our future. We offer attractive apprenticeships and opportunities for professional development.

Family friendliness

We support families - in the everyday work of the parents as well as with child-friendly offers on different levels.

A careful and future-oriented handling of raw materials and resources is part of our responsibility towards God's creation.

Social responsibility

The people around us should benefit. We make this possible by promoting volunteer work, with donations and with concrete help.
