Whistleblower system

We rely on the support of our employees and contractual partners to comply with laws and internal regulations. Abuses must be uncovered in order to avert potential damage to the company and to protect employees and third parties. All of our employees have a responsibility to report risks or violations of laws and internal regulations without delay. We also expressly encourage our customers, business partners and other third parties to report violations, anomalies and risks.

Our whistleblower system is available as a point of contact for whistleblowers. This system fulfils the requirements for internal reporting offices in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. The JOACHIM LOH UNTERNEHMENSGRUPPE ensures that every report made in good faith is treated confidentially and respectfully. Whistleblowers are protected from possible reprisals.

The whistleblower system also serves as a complaints centre in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). It therefore also makes it possible to draw attention to human rights and environmental risks and to violations of human rights or environmental obligations that have arisen as a result of the business activities of companies in the JOACHIM LOH GROUP itself or those of a direct or indirect supplier of these companies.
